OUR PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

Main LT Panels

  • Main LT (Low Tension) Panels are a critical component of an electrical power distribution system. They receive low-voltage power from transformers or generators and distribute it safely and efficiently to various downstream panels, equipment, and subcircuits.
  • These panels integrate essential components such as circuit breakers, isolators, busbars, energy meters, and protective relays to ensure effective control, monitoring, and protection of the electrical network.
  • Designed for high reliability, durability, and operational safety, Main LT Panels help prevent overloads, short circuits, and electrical faults while ensuring a stable and uninterrupted power supply for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure applications.

Power Control Center (PCC) Panels

  •  Power Control Panels (PCC) are designed to manage, control, and distribute electrical power to various equipment and systems within industrial and commercial facilities. These panels integrate essential components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, busbars, and energy meters to ensure safe and reliable operation. They help in efficient load distribution, system protection, monitoring, and energy management. Power Control Panels play a crucial role in maintaining operational stability, preventing electrical faults, and ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery and electrical infrastructure.

Motor Control Center (MCC) Panels

  • Motor Control Center (MCC) Panels are designed to control, monitor, and protect multiple electric motors from a centralized electrical system. These panels receive power from the main distribution panel and distribute it efficiently to various motor loads used in industrial and commercial applications.
  • MCC Panels integrate essential components such as motor starters, contactors, circuit breakers, overload relays, busbars, and protection devices. This enables safe motor operation, reliable performance, and protection against electrical faults such as overload, short circuits, and phase failures.
  • Engineered for durability, safety, and operational efficiency, MCC Panels ensure smooth motor control, easy maintenance, and uninterrupted power supply. They are widely used in manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, water treatment facilities, and infrastructure projects.

Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panels

  • Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panels are designed to improve the power factor of electrical systems and ensure efficient utilization of electrical energy. These panels automatically monitor the power factor of the system and switch capacitor banks on or off as required to maintain the desired power factor level.
  • APFC Panels integrate essential components such as capacitor banks, APFC relays, contactors, circuit breakers, busbars, and protection devices. This helps reduce reactive power losses, improve system efficiency, and minimize electricity penalties imposed by power utilities due to low power factor.
  • Engineered for reliability, safety, and energy efficiency, APFC Panels ensure stable power distribution, reduced energy losses, and optimized electrical system performance. They are widely used in industrial plants, commercial buildings, manufacturing units, and infrastructure facilities.

GI / MS POWDER COATED RACEWAY

  • Raceways are structural cable management systems designed to provide safe, organized, and protected pathways for electrical wiring and cables. They are commonly used in industrial and commercial installations to ensure proper cable routing and efficient electrical distribution.
  • Manufactured from high-quality galvanized iron (GI) or powder-coated steel, raceways offer excellent mechanical strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. These systems help maintain a structured cable layout while protecting cables from external damage, overheating, and electrical faults.
  • With a modular and flexible design, raceways allow easy installation, inspection, maintenance, and future expansion. They ensure a clean, organized, and professional electrical infrastructure while improving safety, reliability, and overall system efficiency.

Junction box (GI/MS POWDER COATING)

  • A Junction Box is used to safely connect, route, and protect electrical cables within a raceway or cable management system. It serves as a secure enclosure for electrical connections, ensuring organized wiring and easy access for inspection, maintenance, and future modifications.
  • Manufactured from high-quality galvanized iron (GI), the Junction Box offers excellent mechanical strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. It protects cable joints from dust, moisture, and external damage, ensuring reliable electrical connections.
  • Junction Boxes play an important role in maintaining a neat, safe, and efficient wiring system in industrial and commercial electrical installations.

Perforated type Cable tray

  • Cable Trays are structural support systems designed to safely carry, organize, and manage electrical cables in industrial and commercial installations. They provide a secure and efficient pathway for power and control cables while maintaining proper cable arrangement and system safety.
  • Manufactured from high-quality materials such as galvanized steel, powder-coated steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, cable trays offer excellent mechanical strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Their open structure allows proper ventilation, reducing the risk of cable overheating and ensuring reliable performance.
  • Cable trays also enable easy cable installation, inspection, and maintenance. With a modular and flexible design, they support quick installation, future expansion, and a clean, well-organized electrical infrastructure while maintaining high safety and reliability standards.

Ladder type Cable tray

  • Ladder Type Cable Trays are widely used cable management systems designed to support and organize heavy electrical power and control cables in industrial and commercial installations. Their ladder-like structure consists of two side rails connected by rungs, providing high load-bearing capacity and strong mechanical support for large cable networks.
  • Manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel, powder-coated steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, ladder type cable trays offer excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The open ladder design allows maximum airflow, helping to prevent cable overheating and ensuring safe cable operation.
  • These trays also provide easy cable laying, inspection, and maintenance, making them ideal for installations that require frequent cable additions or modifications. Ladder type cable trays are commonly used in factories, power plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects where reliable and efficient cable management is essential.

Construction Extension board

  •  A Construction Extension Board is used to distribute temporary electrical power at construction sites. It allows multiple tools and equipment to be connected safely from a single power source. Made with a durable metal or heavy-duty insulated body, it provides protection, reliability, and easy power access for construction and industrial work environments.

C Channel

  •  C Channel is used as a structural support for raceway and cable tray installations. It provides a strong and stable framework to mount and support cable trays, ensuring proper cable management. Made from galvanized iron or mild steel, it offers high strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance in industrial and commercial electrical installations.
