How we work

A disciplined path from drawings to dispatch.

Our project workflow connects technical review, engineering coordination, manufacturing, assembly and inspection around approved project documents.

Controlled at every
critical stage.

This workflow is a capability overview. Product-specific inspections, witness points and documentation are finalized against the approved quality plan and project requirement.

01

Requirement review

SLD, BOQ, load schedule, approved makes, site conditions and delivery priorities are reviewed before engineering begins.

02

Design & engineering

GA drawings, busbar sizing, protection philosophy, component selection and internal layouts are developed for approval.

03

Sheet-metal fabrication

Enclosures and structural parts are fabricated to approved dimensions with provisions for mounting, ventilation and cable entry.

04

Surface finishing

Pretreatment and the specified powder-coated or galvanized finish are applied according to product and installation requirements.

05

Component assembly

Approved switchgear, control devices, supports, busbars and accessories are installed in a disciplined assembly sequence.

06

Wiring & termination

Power and control wiring, ferruling, routing, earthing and terminations are completed against approved drawings.

07

Inspection & testing

Visual, dimensional, continuity, insulation, functional and interlock checks are performed as applicable before dispatch.

08

Packing & dispatch

Assemblies are cleaned, documented and packed to reduce transit risk, then coordinated for project delivery.

Before production

Approved drawings, BOM and project requirements.

During assembly

Material, workmanship, wiring and identification checks.

Before dispatch

Routine functional verification and final documentation review.

Verification that supports
dependable operation.

Inspection scope depends on the product, approved drawings and agreed quality requirements. The checkpoints below describe the typical review framework.

01

Construction

  • Enclosure dimensions and workmanship
  • Component mounting and accessibility
  • Busbar supports, clearances and segregation
  • Cable-entry and gland-plate provisions
02

Electrical

  • Power and control wiring continuity
  • Earthing and bonding continuity
  • Insulation-resistance checks as applicable
  • Terminal identification and ferruling
03

Functional

  • Breaker and control operations
  • Electrical and mechanical interlocks
  • Metering, indication and annunciation
  • Applicable control-logic sequence
04

Final release

  • Nameplates, labels and circuit references
  • Finish, cleaning and visual inspection
  • Approved documentation review
  • Packing and dispatch readiness

Clear records,
coordinated handover.

Final document formats and submission requirements are confirmed against the purchase order, approved document schedule and project scope.

01

Approved drawings

GA, SLD and relevant control or wiring drawings as agreed for the scope.

02

Technical schedules

Applicable component, rating and construction references aligned to the approved proposal.

03

Inspection records

Routine inspection or functional check records as applicable to the agreed project requirement.

04

Dispatch documents

Packing, identification and commercial dispatch documents coordinated for release.
